CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours is required for all cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the service cost total. You will not be able to make any future bookings until this payment has been received. Please note, if you have booked online, your card will automatically be charged.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show up to your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the service cost total. You will not be able to make any future bookings until this payment has been received. Please note, if you have booked online, your card will automatically be charged.

LATENESS POLICY

If you are running late to your appointment, please let us know if it is possible to do so. Your service may have to be adjusted to fit within our schedule, but you will still be charged for the full service total. However, if you are over 30 minutes late to your appointment, this will be classed as a no show, and you will be required to pay 100% of the service cost total. You will not be able to make any future bookings until this payment has been received. Please note, if you have booked online, your card will automatically be charged.
