  • Yes! We have two car parks nearby; The Broadway Car Park and Queen Street Car Park. They are both approximately a three minute walk away from the salon.

  • Yes! All new clients and clients that haven’t visited for 6+ months will need a Skin Test & Consultation. This can be booked online via the online booking system.

  • Card, cash or bank transfer. Please note, we do not accept American Express.

  • This will depend on your hair and what service you’re having. If you need to know approximate timings, then please contact us.

  • Yes please! Clean hair is best.This doesn’t mean you have to wash your hair on the morning of your appointment, 2-3 days before your appointment is fine.

  • Unfortunately not! We run by bookings only.

  • Yes! These are available to purchase at the salon.

  • Yes! If you can’t get booked in during our working hours, we may be able to accommodate for an extra charge of £20.00 per hour. Please contact us for further details.

  • All policies are available to read on our Instagram page or at the bottom of our website under ‘Policies’.

  • We would advise booking your next 2-3 appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
